Albanian College is advised by a Board of Governors. The Board is consulted regarding major decisions, annual budgets, and the hiring of administration. They are Mr. Andrew Watson, Prof. Asoc. Dr. Vera Ostreni, Directors Brandie Smith and Susan Allenspach-Kuss, and the Senior Administrator, Mr. Ervin Shehu

 The Governors are supported in their work by the Trustee that financially supports the school. The Trustee is represented by the Senior Administrator.

Ervin Shehu is the Senior Administrator who represents the Trustee at Albanian College on a daily basis. The Senior Administrator works closely with the School Directors, to ensure funding of strategic initiatives, employment of local staff, and serves as the liaison between the Albanian Ministry of Education and Albanian College.

Susan Allenspach-Kuss is the Albanian College Director for Durres campus. . The Directors of Albanian Colleges are responsible for the effective organisation and operational management of the College campuses including the design and implementation of school improvement and development initiatives, strategic planning, and international curriculum authorisations and accreditations for the longer term sustainability of the College campuses. The Directors ensure the implementation and management of policies, protocols and procedures that support the school’s operations.
