About the Library
The Albanian College Durres library serves students from the Early Years Programme through Grade 12. It is open every day from the start of school until 4:00 pm. Students are welcome to use the space for study, research, and socializing. The library provides diverse resources to support and enhance teaching and learning. We feature books in multiple languages and online access to databases and the library catalog via the school website.
All primary classes have weekly visits for story time, information skill building, and book checkout. Secondary employs flexible library visits during class and breaks. We support inquiry through activities, resources, and instructional support for teachers in order to create lifelong learners. Reading for pleasure is celebrated.
